We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance to our customers in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to customer inquiries, and providing detailed technical support via email and online chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and a strong understandingand knowledge of computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Provide customer service and technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation of technical support interactions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products.
  • Strong customer support skills
  • Able to identify and follow proper documented procedures
  • At least Two (2) years Technical Support experience
  • At least Three (3) years Customer Service experience working REMOTE
  • Typing Speed of 30WPM

Training Class Dates: Monday May 29th and June 12th 9am-5pm EST

FULL ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED DURING TRAINING PERIOD, Camera's Is not required but New Hires must comply with undivided attention at all times.

Schedule:

  • Our department is M-F NO WEEKENDS with Voluntary Overtime as needed
  • Shifts Available: 1st (8AM-5PM) and 2nd (12PM-9PM) 1HR Lunch provided
  • Paid 3 Weeks of Training, EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
