We are looking for casual staff within Community Health 4 Kids where we have highly specialised administration roles requiring intermediate – advanced skill levels in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to read, at times, sensitive information, determine relevance, and accurately summarise will be invaluable along with confident Minute-taking skills.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who embraces innovation, efficiency, and accuracy. You will have both excellent communication and time-management abilities as well as booking children into our various clinics.

He Kōrero mōu – About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- NCEA level 2 (minimum)
- A minimum of 5 years administration with Microsoft Suite
- Attention to detail
- Working in and with databases
- Access to ongoing in-house professional development
