Tesla, is seeking a motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable profile to work in the EMEA Distribution for Vehicle Service and Energy team. The role will work auditing the different Service Centers, in the parts area, checking the fulfillment of the process.
This position will require an understanding of the different tasks done by all stakeholders thinking holistically about different ways to improve the work for better performance.
The successful candidate is highly proactive and self-sufficient in pursuing improvement projects, is able to multitask and refocus efforts immediately to meet constantly shifting demands in a fast-paced environment, and has exceptional organizational skills to coordinate changes with all affected teams.
- Understand customer and supplier goals.
- Understand Parts Advisors roles, and all their procedures and tools
- Create and maintain the Audit template, taking into account all responsibilities of the parts advisor and their working process
- Run audits to check compliance of the tasks done by the Parts Advisor
- Create an action plan after every audit, doing the follow up of the tasks
- Manage the dashboard to track all results
- Work together with other auditors to work in the same way and criteria
- 2+ years’ experience driving strategic programs for parts management. Automotive experience preferred.
- Innate ability to fully comprehend new processes and systems quickly, with high attention to detail. Creative capacity for developing new ways to do things better, cheaper, and faster in alignment with the aggressive Tesla approach to revolutionary product development. Used to think out of the box.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on demand.

- Be able to travel up to 60% of the time.
