Responsibilities:
u Ensure service to retailers and stock availability to consumer by:
- Propose replenishment order 3-4 times/month to Department Store and Boutique base on business plan, align with sales managers and validate orders. Make allocation for new launch based on the launch plan.
- Quota management by channel for tight supply sku. Feedback demand planner on filed sales status to anticipate field out of stock risk or overstock for launches.
u Collaborate closely with cross function （e.g. Commercial / Planning / MKT etc.）to collect promotion info and new launch campaigns, combine current inventory with info collected to adjust replenishment plan by SKU for guaranteeing OSA and Inventory Quality；
u Stock in trade manager by:
- Monitoring counter stock structure, continuous improving counter stock quality.
- Manage return by propose phasing, sku with brand, controller, demand planner.
- Monitor stock equation by store for audit compliance.
u Credit coordination with Sales & CSR.
