Requirements:
- At least 6 months of BPO US healthcare experience
- Excellent English communication skills (listening, verbal, and written - to effectively interact with customers
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- A friendly, conversational and engaging phone presence
- Proficient computer and software skills with the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance
- Strong attention to detail
Main Job Task and Responsibilities:
- Navigate and accurately document in EMR software system while assisting patients
- Assist patients regarding benefits, coverage, and participation
- Follow all company procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Perform other tasks as trained and assigned
- Always maintain HIPPA compliance
- Elevate recurring issues to management
- Actively listen to each caller with patience and courtesy
