Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of BPO US healthcare experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (listening, verbal, and written - to effectively interact with customers
  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • A friendly, conversational and engaging phone presence
  • Proficient computer and software skills with the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance
  • Strong attention to detail

Main Job Task and Responsibilities:

  • Navigate and accurately document in EMR software system while assisting patients
  • Assist patients regarding benefits, coverage, and participation
  • Follow all company procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Perform other tasks as trained and assigned
  • Always maintain HIPPA compliance
  • Elevate recurring issues to management
  • Actively listen to each caller with patience and courtesy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Paid training

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
