JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Provide general support of daily activities
  • Provide information by answering questions
  • Provide support to the admin team in all the administrative work on WORKERS application
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Write emails


REQUIREMENTS


  • Atleast GCE 'O' Level and above
  • Able to work independently with least minimum supervision
  • Resolve administrative problem and MOM
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
