JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Provide general support of daily activities
- Provide information by answering questions
- Provide support to the admin team in all the administrative work on WORKERS application
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Write emails
REQUIREMENTS
- Atleast GCE 'O' Level and above
- Able to work independently with least minimum supervision
- Resolve administrative problem and MOM
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
