Missão
Based in the Netherlands, this professional will work remotely for Group Casais in Gibraltar and will require regular trips to this market, and some visits to Portugal as well. This professional will be responsible for the management control area of the Gibraltar market, reporting to the Corporate Management Control Department. Will be responsible for maintaining, managing and analyzing financial statements, payroll, budgets, tax compliance issues among others.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Prepare and monitor the budget (Budget and Forecast).
- Control expenses in relation to the budget and investments in relation to the budget.
- Support departments in analyzing cost reports and perform critical assessments of all budgets and cost projections.
- Coordinate inventories, implement cost control systems integrated with accounting.
- Promote the application of best practices for project optimization and efficiency across departments.
Requisitos
- Academic Qualifications: Degree in Management, Economics or similar areas.
- Professional experience: 5 years of experience in positions related to the function; Experience in the Gibraltar market will be valued; Knowledge of budget management.
- Specific training/knowledge: Postgraduate degree; MBA; Knowledge of organization and methods; Knowledge of Portuguese language will be a plus; Mastery of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
