Job Description

Full-time, fully remote, position in retirement benefits administration, working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full-time, hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties

    Provide support to Relationship Managers in managing client relationships
  • Provide support to Compliance Specialists in completing annual year end work
  • Interact with investment providers, plan sponsors, participants, and advisors
  • Track communication, documents and data
  • Attend team, department, and company trainings
  • Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
  • Provide backup front desk coverage
  • Actively contribute to a positive team environment
  • Own all procedures and tasks assigned to the Internal Support Roles and regularly update checklists
  • Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Vice President

Qualifications

  • Should have strong computer skills including typing and 10-key, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work with an ability to maintain an organized+approach to duties and responsibilities
  • Must be well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work well within a team
  • Obtain RPF Certification within the first 12 months of accepting this position Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree or work equivalent preferred. Retirement plan administration experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
