Assistant Store Manager (Lunas, Kedah) [Malaysia]


 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Responsible to develop, manage and ensure work order is manageable for
    warehouse and delivery

  • Examine and maintain incoming and outgoing stocks accuracy
  • Ensure stock figure in Monitor ERP System is correct according to rack location and tally with stock quantity
  • Mornitoring of impoft or expoft processes to ensure compliance with regulatory
    or legal requirements
  • Accountable for all export and import custom documentation, transpoftation
    and freight for export and import shipment
  • Ensure to effectively maintain rninimum stock level and smooth stock flow
    and practice FIFO
  • Tracking inventory movement by proper documentations are done for future
    traceability
  • Maintain optimum utilization of space and constantly review methods of
    storage and flow to increase efficiency
  • Assist in inventory management, monitor and verifu material accuracy to ensure all material are controlled, stored and segregated properly
  • To handle and troubleshoot any issue related to shipments to ensure smooth
    shipment progress and on time delivery
  • Repofting and maintaining quality management system according to ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • Ensure health and safety procedures ofthe Company in order to maintain a safe working environment
  • Timely and accurate monthly reporting to management

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Candidate must possess at least relevant Diploma/Degree
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
    position
  • Able to work independently and good interpersonnal skill
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Required language(s) : English , Bahasa Malaysia
