As a 3PL Business Expert (Allocation), you are part of driving the overall Distribution Centre result, focusing on incoming stocks planning & picking to the stores, garments quality check and the dependencies to other logistics- and business areas.
Support the Distribution Centre operations, embracing the H&M values, policies, and all relevant procedures, and collaborate with the DC Manager and all teams.
Maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency in a sustainable way for our customers, in all brands and channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service and best garment care at all levels and follow up on activities
- Maximizes profitability through plans, budget and cost follow up
- Ensure excellent quality of garment care and routines in the logistic chain through commercial placement
- Implement and maintain good garment care
- Inform and communicate with DC management and staff about on-going activities, spot check results, quality check, hanging and teaming decisions, box control and errors reporting
- Inform and communicate with Global packing and local packing responsible
- Follow up on audits, and ensure best practices and administrative routines are followed
- Implement and maintain decided DC service level and Best Practice within the decided timeline
- Maintain store visit reports
- Evaluate quality questions from stores
- Act in line with our values and be a role model to contribute to H&M’s business success
- Any other projects or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by direct supervisor or any senior management team member at H&M
To be successful in the role we believe you have
- Strong expertise in DC-level technology infrastructure and supplementing systems experience
- Functional competencies for supporting technology and system related operations and incidents
- Strong operational DC log. expertise & process understanding
- 3 years experience in stocks pick and pack handling in a cross dock operation
- Continuous improvement in improvising SOP and ability to train others
- Proactivity in problem-solving and hands-on attitude to resolving incidents
- Ability to understand system features and updates within a given time frame as well as ability for knowledge transfer

Additional Information
This is a full-time position within H&M in the Philippines whose office will be in Bicutan, Paranaque. You will become a part of the Logistics Philippines Team and report directly to DC Manager.
