About you
You will be a confident, personable and organised individual, who has worked in phone sales and have been successful in setting appointments for field representatives. You’ll be a good listener and a great communicator. Ideally you’ll have experience in the workforce and be competent in dealing with customers who are looking for premium level service. If you are the right person for this role, you will have high standards, a professional attitude and describe yourself as being charismatic and effective. In addition, you will possess a passion for doing things the right way. You will consider every interaction with a client or a prospect as an opportunity for excellent customer service and a chance to, ‘Blow them away,’ with how good you are.
To be considered for this role, you’ll have excellent computer skills, and immaculate written and verbal communication skills. You will have a track record of hitting your sales numbers and enjoy the thrill of the sale.
About the role
This role is full time, 5 days per week. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll have several key roles:
Inbound sales – managing incoming sales calls, and either selling over the phone or making appointments for our field representatives. There will be a smaller percentage of outbound sales calls, but these are going to be prequalified leads or existing customers.
Liaising with field sales – booking appointments and helping them with administration.
General Admin – data entry, and preparation of documents and reports.
Marketing – Assisting in coordinating the marketing initiatives of the business, and be flexible to do whatever might be required
