- Can handle testing/troubleshooting for Access Points, Outdoor and Indoor CPEs, CCTV/DVR/NVR, Biometric devices, and other IT hardware products
- Must use company system software for recording incoming and outgoing RMA items and properly record daily activities
- Training junior IT personnel, providing onsite or remote or technical support and preparing user guides
- Maintains a clear record/summary of items handled
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the technical manager.
Qualifications
Fresh graduate with CCNA Training and Certificate is highly preferred
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineer or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience with configuration, installation and troubleshooting of the following devices but not limited to (Manageable switches, Access Points, Wireless Routers, control, CCTV/DVR/NVR, biometrics, time attendance, video intercom and the likes)
- With experience in Networking (TCP/IP) and knowledge on installing access points, outdoor CPE's, and network switches
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, architecture, connectivity, and security
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
