Front Office Responsibilities include:
- Manage Inbound calls from different sources, mostly involves in a patient’s care.
- Outbound calling to follow-up patients
Back office Responsibilities include:
- Managing patient admissions which includes gathering of patient records, insurance checks, etc.
- Managing emails, faxes & scans
- Staffing of Electronics Charts
- Managing Medical Records such as uploading of signed orders in patient’s charts, sending of orders for signatures.
- ALL other tasks related to the care of the patient within the scope of support
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Medical Course.
- Experience as Intake Coordinator or Customer Service Representative of more than 8 months in a Healthcare account
- Preferably with experience in a hospital setting of at least 1 year is an advantage
- Above average English Language proficiency in both verbal & written
- Analytical & Detail Oriented
- Fast learner & willing to be constantly trained of new processes
- Tech Savvy, Proficient in reporting tools such as Excel, Microsoft Office.
- Can work with minimum supervision: Proactive
- Customer Service oriented
- Willing to work on night shifts and Onsite/Office base in Ortigas, Pasig
