Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft SharePoint Administrator with expertise in both SharePoint On-Prem and SharePoint Online, with a major skill in using the Power Automate platform to join our IT team. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring, managing, and optimizing our SharePoint Online environment, maintaining legacy SharePoint On-Prem environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and workflow automation across the organization.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
SharePoint Administration:
- Configure and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and web parts.
- Manage user permissions and access controls in SharePoint.
- Implement and maintain document management best practices.
- Ensure availability of the backend environment.
Power Automate Integration:
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Integrate SharePoint with Power Automate to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SharePoint and Power Automate solutions.
- Provide end-user training on SharePoint functionalities and Power Automate usage.
- Serve as a point of contact for SharePoint-related queries and support.
Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal SharePoint Online functionality.
- Implement best practices for maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Online Administrator certification is highly desirable.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator with 3 - 5 years working experience
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SharePoint Online sites and lists
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint security models and permissions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Familiarity with SharePoint development using PowerShell and other scripting languages is a plus
