- Position: Full-time.
- Location: Hybrid. (Medellin, Col).
- Salary: $600 - $800 USD + Comissions (Negotiable).
- Experience: 1 year.
- English required: B2 or higher.
- ENGLISH CURRICULUM IT'S A MUST.

- Follow up and contact customers looking for products, quotes, or confirmation of orders.
- Sales Experience required in a high-energy environment; customer service and sales.
- Very ambitious startup atmosphere - High-intensity environment.
- Answer inbound phone calls, understand customer questions & resolve their issues on calls. You will be required to exchange emails with the customers whenever needed. You need to have a very high velocity with calls and emails.
- Outbound Warm Calling with metrics attached.
- Research accounts and call sales leads.
- Hunt prospects and create new accounts
- Keep track of quotes and orders placed by customers.
- Flexible Schedule to work with teams around the globe.
Requirements and skills:
- Prior experience working in a sales department.
- A charismatic, respectful, and friendly attitude is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the sale.
- An aggressive sales personality is needed.
- interpersonal skills and strong time management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal are a must.
- English required: B2 or higher. Fluent English skills are prerequisite and non-negotiable
- Proactive with a sense of urgency and responsibility

Salary: $30,000,000 - $36,500,000 per year
