The position as Partnership (Brand) Manager Nordics is now available for someone who wants to join a team working with an ambition to make a difference. We are looking for someone with not only a hunger for chocolate, but also for learning and developing professionally, and for someone who shares our love for our unique chocolate Brands (Marabou, Toblerone, Daim, Japp)!
This role will aim to strengthen our partnerships in even stronger connection with our brand equity and make them unmissable in media and in store.
How you will contribute
In your day-to-day activities you will work with our external key partners in Sports and Music, and build plans for new strategic partnerships. You will also work in close relationship with other functions across the MDLZ organization to initiate and translate marketing activities linked to the sponsorship programs.
To be successful you need to recommend and implement the optimal partnership plan based on solid sponsorship knowledge, excellence in execution and ability to build integrated marketing communication (including in-store) and media plans.
The responsibility is for the Nordics and based in Sweden, Upplands Väsby, and reporting into the Senior Brand Manager Tablets Sweden. This is a key role within the total Nordic Marketing team, you will regularly partner with teams in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Main Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Sponsorship programs in the Nordics
- Managing the collaboration and relationship with local partnerships
- Building business plans and marketing strategies for Sponsorship programs
- Activating Brand Equity through our sponsorship campaigns & supporting wider commercial programmes to drive core growth
- Work closely with all key stakeholders, including Sales, activation, personalisation, project managers, external agencies, and licensees to ensure visibility and passion to drive
- Securing enhanced marketing content
- Engaging cross-functional team and supports decision making on key strategic planning
- Leads & gains stakeholder alignment across the business on key initiatives
- Identify and understand customer requirements that can be fulfilled through sponsorship activation
- Develop, as required, NPD through the marketing teams to deliver growth
- Increasing consumer connection and boosting rotations in store
- Managing A&C (Market Spend)
What you will bring
Strong interpersonal skills, a desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Background in sponsorship management (preferred)
- Ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Strong Marketing experience (brand and agency management, budget and campaign planning)
- Strong Personal skills to influence and connect outside of the marketing function
- Drive to deliver results in close collaboration with other departments
- Analytical skills combined to a creative mindset
- Good at story-telling and inspiring others
- Inspire and Multifunctional Teams
- Autonomy
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken (another Scandinavian language would be an advantage but not a requirement)
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
