We’re seeking a qualified SALES MANAGER who can use his sales skills and experience to close deals and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop sales plans and forecasts to effectively allocate resources and monitor progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and contract closure. Monitor sales pipelines, track sales metrics, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Ensure that company Targets are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Manage the month-end close processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Five or more years of experience in managing & sales closings in a corporate setting.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Salary: Rs 60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
