HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION
The Wardrobe Service Representative I assists internal and external customers with wardrobe needs. The Wardrobe Service Representative is involved the daily uniform operations for organization. This position reports to the Wardrobe Supervisor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Responsible for daily orders, issue and exchange or returns of Zoo and/or Safari Park uniforms. Works with uniform providers, garment coordinator, customer service representatives and other uniformed departments.
- Responsible for laundering, alterations, and repairs of uniforms.
- Performs uniform fittings as needed.
- Maintains uniform, auxiliary goods and direct purchase inventories, storage, and delivery locations.
- Monitors assigned email accounts to ensure service to team members and departments.
- Produces reports and documents as needed.
The Wardrobe Service Representative will assist the Wardrobe Department with the installation of the new uniform program for the San Diego Zoo and San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Available to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays at both locations, the San Diego Zoo and San Diego Zoo Safari Park, during September 5th to December 1st.
- JOB EXPERIENCE
- Prior customer service experience
- Previous experience working in an environment issuing uniforms and performing uniform inventory
- EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Current valid California Driver's License in good standing
- SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Able to operate basic computer software programs
- Able to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic hand and sewing machine skills

- Hourly wage: $17.00 to $17.71
