Why is this role really critical to us?
- In general, you will operate the ITIL processes and work closely with the operations teams.
- Working with agile methodologies.
- Conducting audit coordination.
How will you spend your time at Vodafone?
- Understanding of business processes with capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations,
- Responsible for analyzing, configuration, development, integration, supporting and maintaining of service management & monitoring products.
- Working close with internal customers.
- Analyzing needs and transforming to technical solution.
- Designing and implementation of business process with related applications
- Providing procedures and necessary standards for effectiveness of management systems (ISO 27001, ITIL processes exc.)
- Preferably have knowledge about business continuity and disaster recovery scenarios
- 7/24 Operational Support ITIL Process
- Change Management Responsibilities
- SLA/KPI and OLA Management Responsibilities
- Service Catalog Management Responsibilities
- Disaster Recovery Management Responsibilities
- Audit Management Responsibilities
You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:
- Good level of MS Office Application
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team-player
- Experience with IT Service Management products
- Technical know-how about fundamental IT infrastructure
- Know-how about IT requirements of an IT support
- Strong communication skill, customer focused and proactive
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical documentation and verbal/written communication skills
- Relationship building
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Creative problem solving
- Agile learner (continuous learning)
