We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our causal field team as a Retail Customer Experience and Data Collection Specialist. In this multifaceted role, you will have the opportunity to conduct Customer Experience audits of various retailers and restaurants, capturing valuable data, identifying development areas and providing feedback. Responsibilities:
· Familiarise yourself with the visit requirements and objectives.

· Conduct thorough audits of retailers and/or restaurants.
· Report your findings accurately and promptly using our designated portal.
· Maintain strict adherence to reporting deadlines.
Skills Required:
· Must be enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and can work within strict reporting deadlines.
· Must have regular access to email, internet, computer/laptop or iPad/tablet and a Smart Phone.
· Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills
· High level of communication, spelling and grammar skills.
