This is a 360° program
- Cross-department/-company/-industry experience: A traineeship at a digital consultancy such as ours allows you to acquire knowledge in different industries and company sizes throughout our client projects.
- Rotation system: You choose 3-4 areas of your interest that you will get to know during your traineeship. Key areas: ERP Consulting, Software Engineering, Account/Project Management, Presales Consulting, Customer success etc.
- International network: Gain international experience through an abroad experience in our office in Lisbon for 6 months (not mandatory).
- Guidance all around: Onboarding, your personal mentor, regular feedback meetings, workshops, dojos etc. - you will have support in every step of the way.
