Job Summary
Responsible to oversees business relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and company growth. Working collaboratively with clients to develop business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships through communication and project management, and ensuring clients receive high-quality service from internal teams. Providing guidance and recommendation to formulating and implementing the business's development strategies based on the strategic directions and targets of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
For Client Solutions:
- In partnership with the Market or Business Leader, responsible for formulating and implementing the business development strategies based on the strategic directions and targets of the business; lead the marketing business development programs and initiatives, accountable for the deliverables and outcomes, act as a thought partner and advisor to the business lines in their own specific marketing and business development activities.
- Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and promoting/selling CBRE services to client
- Lead client meetings for pitching, presentations from all business lines. Attend interviews, market updates, chamber events and additional speaking engagements required by the company
- Manage the creation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials with the pursuit team and marketing professionals, as directed by Senior Director or Managing Director
- Participate in client-facing meetings for cultivation and business development efforts
- Strong understanding of each service line, platform, and value proposition. Often writes the executive summary and key themes for major pursuits
- Develops strong working relationships with subject matter experts throughout the organization at the functional and account management levels
- Pipeline management for overall business
For Tenant Representative:
- Growing, managing and supporting the leadership of the office leasing team
- Provide strategic leasing and marketing to the office property portfolio
- Liaise with tenants, property agencies and related parties
- Handle the negotiations of leasing transactions
- Maintain existing relationships with business partners and develop new business with potential tenants
- Monitor the department's performance, ensuring that profitability is in line with the business plan
- Proactively initiate business development activities of existing and new clients through various possible channels
- Assist the Head of Office Services to design and implementation the business plans
- Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database
