Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from the customers.
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service question.
  • Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, in any field.
  • Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
  • Able to work on weekend and rotational shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
