- Tertiary education or above
- Fresh graduates or with less than 2 year of work experience in any field

- You have passion to develop careers in the retail industry, drive sales and enhance customer experience

- You are a great team player with excellent communication skills
- You have down-to-earth attitude and high standard of integrity
- You have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a plus

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Your work base is on the shop floor where you lead by example
- Focus on putting the customer first and provide a shopping experience that exceeds their expectations
- Keep the store in excellent shape, and meet the merchandising basics at all times
- Plan, execute, and follow up actions to support function and store goals
- Passionate about IKEA products and like to share the knowledge with customers and your teammates
- Proactive in finding sales opportunities with relevance to IKEA direction, customer preference, local market situation, and competition
- Building a trusting team and adopting IKEA values in daily work
- Assist in the implementation of team strategies and business plans

- To achieve an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience that leads to increased sales and sustained long-term profitability. To create satisfied customers in an efficient and effective way by using all media and sales channels available in order to attract and encourage more customers to visit more often and buy more. This is achieved by optimising the sales priorities using commercial activities and securing the right forecasts for the total IKEA offer. The main responsibilities are to ensure satisfied customers, develop and execute sales steering and selling the IKEA way.
