About the Opportunity:
This exciting opportunity allows you to join the collaborative and innovative team with Vancouver’s fastest growing start-up. This role is fully remote which provides you with the flexibility to work from home. As a part of the Inbound Support Team, you will be a critical part of ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Guest communications (mostly messaging, sometimes calls)
- Homeowner communication
- Answering top 20 questions and/or connecting with their dedicated client success manager
- Booking management
- Calendar management
- Coordinate with housekeeping regarding repairs and maintenance coordination
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Airbnb
- Advanced English proficiency
- High level of expertise in hospitality
- Experience in the industry (i.e. hotels, restaurants)
- Proficient computer skills
- Willingness to learn and work within a team
- Strong customer communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking
