As a consultant at Accenture Industry X, you will collaborate with our clients to solve their toughest issues, realize their most promising opportunities, and deliver real results. In this role you will:
Maintain relationship between Client and Accenture
Participate in Executive Steering Preparation and Meetings
Work closely with client on scheduling, logistics, and resources
Provide subject matter expertise where applicable
Track deliverables and milestones on key design decisions and technical risks
Work closely with the Accenture team and key stakeholders to understand requirements, owning specifications and design documents, and deploy the applications.
Lead the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint
Provide information on the key industry challenges and trends and presenting an impetus for change in industry context and Industry recommendations
Seeking ways to apply new technology to, and reusing existing technology for, end to end PLM and Engineering business processes.
Facilitating development of assets and solution frameworks
Analyze clients’ strategy, operating vision, business imperatives and capabilities.
Identify key value drivers and demonstrating how digital transformation and Engineering can enable key enterprise imperatives.
Develope the business case, solution architecture, and implementation roadmap for clients’ transformation journeys.
Provide strategic consultation to clients in defining or designing business capabilities, processes, functions and organizational structures, as well as in researching, identifying and internally marketing, selling and enabling technologies based on business and end-user requirements.
Support the Accenture teams in the development and refinement of offerings and collateral to support/promote the sales of offerings (overviews, case studies, account planning, marketing information).
Successfully support the sales process from origination to successful closing (including offering fine tuning, solution shaping, proposal preparation and client presentations).
Meet travel requirements, up to 80%.
You have:
In-depth experience with PLM and Engineering transformation and process redesign methods in Process Industries
Knowledge of existing, new and emerging digital technologies and being able to practically apply them to PLM and Engineering operations
Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing end-to-end R&D and Engineering business processes, functions and organizational structures
Ability to create original concepts and theories for improving growth and efficiency through digital Engineering transformation
Ability to identify the client value delivered by an Engineering solution and provide a point of view on what the architecture should look like
Bonus points if:
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a major PLM system (PTC, Dassault Systemes, Siemens, SAP-PLM, Oracle Agile) and/or Master Data Management.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Engineering/Manufacturing IT systems including ERP, PLM, MES and QMS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Proposal development experience
In-depth experience with PLM and Engineering transformation and process redesign methods in Process Industries
Knowledge of existing, new and emerging digital technologies and being able to practically apply them to PLM and Engineering operations
Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing end to end R&D and Engineering business processes, functions and organizational structures

5 years’ experience in program management
Strong team player with a “can do” attitude, and the flexibility to jump in wherever needed
